At innermap, we’re creating a global platform packed with mindfulness stories from people around the world. With “Your Stories”, you can listen to others’ unique stories, and/or share your own life-lessons, epiphanies, and inspirations.
Stories are the most ancient, universal and effective way to teach and learn. They move and inspire us with examples of empathy, compassion and creativity. Stories connect us across continents and cultures, creating a global community—even at times of global crisis.
“Your Stories” are short (2-5 minutes) reflections from innermap users that illustrate the power of mindfulness. Instead of talking about it in the abstract, they show mindfulness in action: how it can bring peace in a time of panic, enhance well-being, and expand our sense of gratitude and connection to others and life.
